All Normal Again

We are all right back to normal again in my house with my DH sailing away on the boat to go to the Cat Shop, my MH running round my house with her vacuum cleaner and her dusters, and me just wandering about my house and garden and having little snoozes in between times, so it has been a very good day.

The weather has also been very good and although it has been very cold, it has been good enough to let me out to play as much as I wanted and it even let my MH hang her washing on the clothes poles which meant fun for me. I was on my day bed having a snooze when I heard her calling for me and when I went through, my MH asked if I would like to go outside with her and of course I did.

I had brilliant fun running all over the grass and up and down the clothes poles which always makes the old dear laugh and it helps use up all my energy which is good. I got another surprise when my friend S. arrived with a parcel that had comed off the boat and when my MH opened it up, it was puss cat biscuits for me, so my day just keept getting better and better.

I wonder what will happen before bed time! Hee hee

A Beautiful Sunday

I had a long sleep this morning 'cos me and my MH were up a couple of times through the night so we were both a bit sleepy. I love when we get up in the middle of the night 'cos it is very, very dark and when we go back to bed we have a wee quiet chat together and I love it 'cos it makes me feel very special and it is a secret between me and my MH 'cos the old boy is still snoring. Hee hee

Anyway, when we did get up I noticed it was a lovely bright day so I gobbled up my breakfast and then I was off out of the window and into my garden and it was lovely. A wee bit cool, but I liked it lots and lots and I stayed out a long time.I looked again for my little mouse, but it still won't come out to play with me and my MH says I look so sad just sitting beside my honeysuckle bush and hoping for it to come and play. I might have to give up soon. We'll see.

I got a lovely surprise in this afternoon when my MH came outside to clean her windows and she asked me to help her so we had good fun and then my friend S.came in his big tractor and when he saw us in my garden, he came in and we all had a chat which was lovely.

So,you can see that I have had a very good day and my little weather man friend says the weather will be quite good this week too, so there might be lots more days outside for me and the old dear, and I am hoping so.

Saturday Again

We all like Saturdays in my house 'cos it is a good lazy day and my humans don't do very much at all so that means there is lots of time for me which makes me very happy as you can imagine. Our day started off as usual with the old dear on the couch helping Jessica solve her murders, and me sitting on my MH's knee being a very contented little puss. So a very good start to my day.

Later on I helped my DH watch some football and some rugby on my television while my MH was out for a while and when she comed home I got a great big cuddle which I just loved. I went outside for a while and sat at my honeysuckle bush to see if my little mouse friend would come out to play, but it didn't which is a great shame 'cos I could make that little mouse very happy. Maybe tomorrow?

I leapt up on to my window sill and my MH let me in but when she feeled my adorable little paws she was worried that I was too cold 'cos said little feets were really, really cold, but they were soon warmed up by my MH and I was very fine again.

I am liking being out in the dark nights and I don't mind being cold 'cos I know I will be nice and cosy again as soon as I go home. So I can't complain at all. Can I?

Just an Ordinary Friday

It will take me a wee while to get used to not having string on a Friday. For a wee while I forgot that I had played with the string yesterday and then I was a bit disappointed when I remembered, but as usual the old dear knew what I was thinking and she played with me so I was all happy again. It doesn't take very much to make me happy, does it?

We have all had a good day and it has been lovely and quiet without the vacuum cleaner and whenever I wanted a seat beside my MH or a cuddle I just had to ask and it was there. Magic. I think I will get to like Fridays.

I have been in and out lots of times. I keep looking for the little mouse in my honeysuckle bush but I still can't find it. I was hoping I might bring it into my house so that it could be warm and maybe play with me. I am sure my MH would just love that, sure she would? I will keep looking and maybe one of these days I will be able to bring her a little present. I hope so.

It will soon be time for me to start dropping hints about what I want for my birthday 'cos I will soon be seven years old. Wow! I am a fully growed up cat now even though I still act like a kitten cat but I still have to make sure I get my present list all sorted out.

Well, it will be such a great help to my humans, sure it will? Hee hee

A Big Surprise

Today was a good day and I got a great big surprise which I just loved and you can see how much I loved it from all the pictures. We were just having a normal Thursday with me and my DH keeping out of the way of my MH as she raced round the house with her vacuum cleaner and her duster, but then the old boy went away and I just waited patiently for him to come back and it was then I got my surprise 'cos he brought our boxes. With string!!

I certainly wasn't complaining and me and my DH played for ages with the string and then my MH told me that the boat times had changed and from now on Thursday will be string day so I shall have to remember that.

It is still a lot cold on my island, but not enough to keep me in so I have had lots of little plays outside and then brilliant big cuddles to warm me up when I decide to go home again.

So you can see that I have had a very good day and I hope your day has been a good one too.

Millions Better

That's what my today has been. Both my humans at home with me and no housework. Just a purr-fect Squeak day really hee hee.

My DH is feeling a lot better now but decided to stay home with me and my MH rather that go out in all the cold to the Cat Shop so we have all had a very lazy day and it has been very good. I have had lots of little trips outside and have managed to work it out that if I don't stay out too long, then I don't get too cold. Brilliant, eh?

I got a big surprise when my friend S. comed to see me this afternoon and I got a great big cuddle from her and that made me very happy. I purred very loudly to her and that made her happy, so job done, really!

It is very cold on my little island so I have been indoors more times than I have been out and I made my MH laugh when I did my funny run which means I am needing to play and she always plays with me. She wraps me up in my blanket and then tickles me and I just love that, but today I asked her to play with some of my toys and that's just what she did.

And we had magic fun which I loved and I will tell you a wee secret. I am going to ask her again tomorrow. What do you think she will say? YES!!!!! You know she will.

A Lonely Little Squeak

I have not had the bestest of days today 'cos my MH has been out all day at a meeting on my little island and although my DH was home with me, he wasn't feeling well so he didn't play with me and it was too cold to leave the window open, so I have been stuck inside and not happy about it at all.

However, that all changed when the old dear comed back to me and the first thing she did was give me a ginormous cuddle and then we played together for a while and I just loved it millions! In fact, that was a lot of hours ago and I am still purring! Hee hee

As soon as I was finished with all the cuddles and adorations, I asked if I could go out to play and I made my MH laugh 'cos I did something really funny. My MH had lots of stuff to get out of her little kangaroo so I was watching while she did this, but when she went back into the house, I scooted really really quickly across the grass and through my fence and had a run about in the long grass. She was coming back out of my house as I was going back in and she opened the door just in time to see me take a HUGE leap from the grass right into my porch! Wow, it was the hugest leap you have ever seen and I did it perfectly! In fact if my MH had been one little step closer to the door, I would have landed on her. Now, that would have been funny, sure it would?

I was much more cheered up after she comed home and although it is still very cold here, I have been out lots of times for little trips and then I claim my cuddle when I go back home, so I am much more happy again and if I could put sound in here, you would be able to hear me!!
