Hunting

I have been an intrepid hunter! I killed a spider and my MH was very pleased with me as she doesn't like them very much.

The spider was in our bath and when my MH is having her shower, she stands in the bath and then she puts on talcum, so I jumped into the bath when I saw this spider, and then when I jumped out again, there were perfectly formed (adorable) little paw prints all over the bathroom carpet.

These made a very nice pattern!

I have just had a normal day today---nipping in and out of the window and playing with my MH, but I disappeared as soon as the awful vacuum cleaner arrived. You would think that by now she would know that I don't like this thing and get rid of it.

I shall have to devise a cunning plan, but if anyone out there knows how to get rid of it, please tell me.

Softly, softly.

I need to tell you that I have been in my house for a whole year now. My humans and me came together a year ago and we have had a lovely time together 'cos they love me and I love them too.

I have trained then very well and all my hard work has paid off 'cos they do the things that I love. I have had a quiet day 'cos the weather isn't very good, but I have had good fun just the same.

My MH was out for a wee while this morning and when she came back, I decided that we would have a wee game and she agreed. We played in the bedroom and it was my favourite game when I hided under the cover on the bed and my MH covered me up and rolled me over and over and I loved it. We played for a long time and then I dived off the bed and raced into my living room where my DH played with me and my toys until I was tired and then I cuddled up on my favourite chair and had a wee nap.

Yes, it is a very good life here on my wee island!

Super.

It has been another very good day for this adorable little pussy cat. The weather has been good and I have been out to play lots of times and my humans have been outside a lot too.

My MH told me that Spring was coming and soon all the baby sheeps and cows would start to appear, but she didn't tell me where they appeared FROM----maybe tomorrow! I like it when there are baby sheeps and cows in my fields 'cos I can go and see them and even have a wee chat with them, and that is very good.

We were in the gym again today 'cos the sticky toffee pudding hasn't disappeared yet and I watched for a wee while and then I played on the grass till all the exercising was finished, and then I cuddled up on my MH's knee when she had to sit down on my couch for a rest.

My DH has been outside all day too fixing the guttering on the other side of the house. He did one side before they went away and left me, so now he has the other side to do and he will be all finished. I will be glad when it is all done, 'cos his drill makes a funny noise and I don't really like it.

He promised it would soon be all nice and quiet again, so paws crossed!

Super.

A Fun Day

I have had great fun today as I was helping my MH change the bed and that is my very favourite game in the en-tire world. When she opens up the studs on the duvet cover, I nip inside and I hide and she pretends she can't see me until I wag my tail and give the game away. And then I do the same again when she tries to put on the clean one and we start the game all over again and it is great fun and it usually ends up with my MH rubbing my adorable little tummy and making me giggle. Just magic!

We did this for a long time and then we went into the gym. My MH reckons she will need to spend a lot of time in the gym after her wee trip to Glasgow 'cos she ate too many good meals and especially too much sticky toffee pudding which is her very favourite, so I shall need to make sure that she does all her exercises.

The she had a shot on the Wii and by this time I was quite tired, so I just lay and watched her and I liked that too. My DH doesn't need to go into the gym, 'cos he doesn't like puddings so he has been playing on his computer and I watched him too.

So it has been a very good day and I may go out hunting later when the old dears are tucked up in bed.

Contentment

Everything is back to normal chez Squeak and I am quite amazed at how quickly my humans have settled into my routine again, so I think I must have taught them really well.

I had my gourmet dinner last night and it was delicious and I ate it all up, so I didn't need any chicken, but there is some of that left, so I may try a wee bit tonight. I shall see how I feel.

My humans and their friends have noticed that I am growing up now and I am more a cat than a kitten. I am sleeping more but I still like playing with my MH and do that every day, really just to keep the old dear happy.

It doesn't take much at all!

Normal Service

We all had a long sleep this morning 'cos my humans were a wee bit tired after all their travelling, so I just cuddled up and had a wee sleep too.

I am very happy that they are home again and they brought me some new toys and a gourmet dinner! Now, I get fed very well on all sorts of cat food and sometimes I even get some cat chocolates, but I have never had a gourmet dinner and I am having that tonight when my humans are having chicken. I shall tell you if I liked it, or if I would have preferred the chicken!

It has been a good day and I have been out to play a lot, but I keep coming in to have a cuddle on my MH's lap as I missed that when she was away. I had a wee chat to the sheeps and a cheeky one even came into my garden 'cos the humans forgot to close the gate last night and there is one sheeps out on its own and it came right into my garden and left a big deposit on my grass.

The Boss told my DH to clean it up and he did although he wasn't too pleased.

As I said, normal service is resumed!
