More of the same

Today is Friday and on a Friday my DH goes to the Cat shop, so it is just me and my MH in my house and we have a good 'girlie' day together which we both like. Unfortunately, the weather still isn't very good so we didn't go outside very much. I nipped in and out of the window a few times but just for a wee while and the rest of the time I sat on the back of my couch or on my MH's knee, although I am afraid I was a little bit naughty on a couple of occasions as you can see.

You will also have worked out that although the old dear pretends to be annoyed with me, she makes sure she gets a good photograph of yours truly before she shoos me off the big unit, so she can't be all THAT annoyed, can she?

The other picture is for a bit of fun that my DH tooked last night. Me and my MH had gone to bed and were having a wee read---well, she was reading and I was just thinking about mouses and sheeps and things. Anyway, my DH needed some information and he wanted my MH to look for it on her laptop, so he bringed it into the bedroom and he decided to take this picture of this adorable little puss looking at her picture on the screen and it made us all smile.

Simply Doin' Nuffin'

I have been very lazy today and I am actually quite happy that it has been a wee bit raining on my little island 'cos I haven't wanted to go outside too much. I am quite happy jumping around my house and moving from the bed to the couch to the back of the chair and yes, even up on the top of the big unit!

My humans haven't been very busy either so they have had plenty of time to pay attention to me. The vacuum cleaner was out but just for a little time, and then I sat in my kitchen while my MH made some pancakes and fruit buns for my DH 'cos they are his favourites so that made him very happy.

I went out for a wee while and found this bit of wood to sharpen my little claws and then I found my MH and sat on her knee, but she complained a bit 'cos my newly sharpened adorable little claws were sticking into her knee and she didn't like that too much, so she wriggled my little paw until my claws went in again and then I settled down for a cuddle and a chat.

Our friend M. came to see us this afternoon and we all had a chat and my MH was telling her how well J. had looked after me and she was very glad 'cos she loves me too.

I think I might be the most loved puss in the en-tire world, and I am very, very lucky.

Sookey Puss

I have had another very good day, but I have spent most of it sitting on my MH's knee and we have both liked it a lot.

My house is all back to normal again, and my DH went away to the Cat shop and after my MH had come home from being out for a wee while, we sat together and had a chat and that was good. I love when we have our girlie chats, especially when she is stroking my adorable little lugs at the same time.

I haven't been outside a lot 'cos I have been a bit tired 'cos I stayed out very late last night just lying on the grass and then talking to all my little animal and creature friends. It was lovely and quiet and I didn't want to go home so I stayed out until my DH whistled his 'if you don't come in right now, you will be out all night!' whistle, so, like a good little Squeak, I trotted off home and snuggled up beside my MH who was already snoring her little head off. We had a very good sleep until the horrid alarm wakened us and made us all get up again.

I might go out later, but I might just sit on my MH's knee again once I have had my after dinner nap. I am very happy being cuddled and stroked, so I shall sleep on it and make a big decidement when I waken up again.

A Super, Duper day

Oh, I have just had the bestest day ever and I have loved every single minute of it. The weather is still good on my little island so I have been in and out lots and lots, but when I come in, I make sure my humans are still in my house, and if my MH is sitting down, then I plank my adorable little self on her knee for a cuddle and we both love that, and because her little legs are still a wee bit very tired, she sits down lots! Yippee!!

We had great fun when my MH was changing the bed that J. and me slept in 'cos I hided under the sheets and inside the duvet cover and I got tickled lots of times, then I got a special treat when my DH came back from the boat 'cos he brought me a big box of dinners which made my little tummy very happy too and it had a wee giggle inside me which made me feel funny, but I liked it.

I tooked my MH outside to see all the sheeps that are in the field just outside my door and I showed her my special friends, but they were with their mummy sheeps so they didn't come to talk to me. Maybe I will go outside later on and have a wee chat to them 'cos I don't want them to miss me and be upset.

My MH tooked this brilliant picture of yours truly just as I was jumping back through my fence and although it looks as though I am sort of hanging there, I am actually mid-leap, so it is an action shot, you see.

I jump through my fence lots of times every day, but I think I will need to be careful that I don't eat too many dinners or I might get stuck there and that would be a disaster. I think I do too many exercises to get a fat tummy 'cos I am always running and chasing and even when I can't get outside, I jump all round my house---even on the big unit where I am not supposed to be, but the next time my MH gives me a row, I will just tell her that I am keeping fit.

I am sure she will smile and agree with me. She always does. Well, who could resist this adorable little Squeak?

Back to Normal...

..... and so very, very happy. I have had a good day and both my humans have been at my beck and call all day. I have been out lots of times with my DH and he told me that he had a good time in Aberdeen but he missed me and that made me happy and then I sat with my MH and she told me that she had a good time in Aberdeen but she missed me, and that made me think. If they both miss me so much, why do they go away and leave me? Methinks I shall have to sit them both down and have a word with them!

It has been a fine day on my little island so I was in the garden quite often, but I kept nipping back in my window just to make sure the old dears hadn't slipped off again, but they hadn't.

It didn't even worry me when the vacuum came out 'cos I knew that was the normal routine and I was OK with that. My MH said they did lots of walking and her poor wee legs are awful tired so if you look at today's pictures---which were tooked last night!--- you might think that I am resting on my MH's knee for my sake, but I'm not. I am trying to make her little legs all better. See?

They did lots of nice things and they liked it so I am pleased for them, but I am even more pleased for me that they are home again. I haven't done very much except sit with my MH and I told her all the things that me and J. did and she liked that 'cos she knows he looked after me well.

He came over to see me last night. I think he was missing me, so I gave him a big purr to say 'thank you for looking after me'. He will come back when my humans go away for their 'real' holiday but that's Ok 'cos me and J. will have more good fun.

Hello again

I am back! That means my humans are back and I am happy, happy, happy!

I had a great time with J. but it is so good to have my people back home. I will write a lot more to you tomorrow, 'cos I am a wee bit busy just now sitting on my MH's knee and purring oh so loudly.

Hello

.... and bye bye for a wee while. As you know, my humans are going away for a few days, so I won't be able to tell you what I have been doing.

My friend J. came to see me today and to get his instructions and I sat very quietly and listened as my MH told him what to do with me, but when he was going away, I told him what we would REALLY do and he liked that a whole lot more!

I have been very quiet today although I went out a few times, but it has been quite windy on my little island so I didn't stay out too long. Me and my MH went into the gym but we had to fight against the wind to get there and after she was finished on her bike, my MH couldn't open the door 'cos the wind was blowing it shut and we thought we would be locked in the gym for ever and ever, but she gave it one great big push and it opened. Phew! Then the wind lifted us up and nearly blewed us right into the house!

My MH is hoping it won't be windy tomorrow 'cos they are going on our little boat and then on a big boat and she doesn't like it if the boat is wriggling all over the sea, so I will keep my paws crossed for her.

So there we are. I will write to you again as soon as the old dears return an I will tell you all about my adventures with J.
