A Question

Can a pussy cat have a nightmare in the middle of the day or is that a day mare? I need to know 'cos that's what happened to me in this afternoon. I have a wee furry mat that sits on the floor and sometimes I have a snooze there and that's what I was doing today and my MH was sitting on the couch and then she saw me jump off the mat and land on the floor with a 'what happened there?' look on my face which gave my MH a fright and she jumped and that gave me another fright and then we had a wee giggle.

It has been very windy today on my little island with a great big gale which means that this adorable little pussycat hasn't been able to get outside at all and my little weatherman friend told me it has to be worser tomorrow so me and my MH are going to stay in our little beds until it all gets better. I will let you know when that will be.

What a Day!

I am just sooo tired! I have had a very busy day and that tends to make me a wee bit very tired. I wakened up at five o'clock in this morning and decided I might have a wander outside in the dark time. Now, how did I know it was five o'clock? Well, when I gently prodded the old dear with one of my adorable little feets, she kind of groaned at me and muttered ' No Squeak. It's only five o'clock!' However gentle persuasion always pays off and soon I was out hunting. YES!

This hunting in the midle of the night however makes me just a wee bit very tired and today I had to help the old dear change the beds and now I am just very sleepy indeed. I think I might have to go to my bed early tonight. But don't I look so cute?

Boxing Puss!

I have had good fun today after being a wee bit ignored yesterday. In the morning time yesterday the postman brought a great big box into my house and my humans were very happy,but they were also very busy making the boxes empty and that meant that they were not be able to give me as much attention as I would expect so I wasn't all that best pleased, but today was different and I have been very happy indeed.

You see, when they tooked all the 'stuff' out of the boxes, the boxes were empty and you all know how much I love empty boxes that I can get inside and explore. You will be amazed at the things I can find in an empty box!

And then, just when I thought I had finished exploring, the old boy brought all the groceries up from the pier and guess what they were in? YES! More boxes for me to play in. So you can see how I have been a very happy puss indeed!

What A Breeze!

Phew! There was a gigantic big wind on my island yesterday and I couldn't get outside 'cos my humans didn't want to open the door in case my house falled down! It blowed and blowed all day but when dark time comed I decided I was going out. So I went and found all my intrepidness and off I went into the dark and the rain and the gale.

My poor old MH was so worried about me and she was doing to tie a bit of string onto my tail so I wouldn't disappear but I refused 'cos I am a brave little pussy cat. You will no doubt have worked out that if I am writing this then I got home safely, but I wasn't happy being in the middle of a storm and was very pleased to get back into my house and on to my MH's knee. And that is where I am staying! I hope you are all safe.

A Lovely Day

I have had very good fun today 'cos the weather on my litle island has been good with sunshine and no rain and no wind and that always makes me happy. I spent sometime sitting with my MH and then lots of time outside just doing pussy cat things, but it is quiet outside 'cos the birdies are away back home and all the mouses are inside looking for somewhere warm to spend the winter. I am very lucky 'cos I have a very cosy house to stay in. I am now going to share one of my very adorable habits with you and I hope it makes you smile. At night time, when me and my hummans have all finished our dinner, the old dear sits beside me on my couch, but when she is settled I go on to her knee for a very long cuddle, but I don't just sit there. Oh dear me no!

I stand on her knee,and place my adorable little head just below her neck and then I wriggle my equally (if not more) adorable little bum into place on her knee and this sometimes takes lots of wriggles which always makes my humans smile. Once I am settled, I make sure I have a paw in place to give her a gentle tap if she is not paying me as much attention as I would like, and then I sleep! I think I am a very lucky puss indeed!

Another Happy Day

I am an even happier Squeak today 'cos the sun has been shining all day and me and my MH have been in my garden lots of times which I just love. The old boy is away back to the Cat Shop so me and the Boss have been looking after one another. The other reason we are writing today is because we did not like how the computer scrunched up all our words yesterday after we had spaced them all out very nicely for you, but then the old dear thought maybe it was because we did it on her ipad, so today we are doing it on her lap top to see if it will make it look good again.

But it is a good excuse to show you another adorable picture of yours truly!

I Am Happy.....

.... and I hope you are too. My humans have een a wee bit very upset because they were supposed to be going to that Greece place for their holidays, but the big airyplane thing that takes them there was cancelled and they couldn't go. My poor old MH was very upset and she was crying so I had to jump up on to her knee to make her happy again. They are both ok now, but I am keeping my eye on them. I have also been sleeping lots and doing lots of pussy cat things and that has kept me busy and happy. I was a wee bit naughty on Friday night. It was early morning in the middle of the night, if you know what I mean, and my MH had to get up to use her litter tray and I had to get up with her to make sue she was OK. Well, since I was up anyway, I decided to have one of my nocturnal perambulations and headed for the door.

My MH told me that I wasn't getting out because it was pouring with rain and blowing a gale but I told her I wanted to go out so she opened the door and I stuck my adorable little nose outside and I could feel the rain battering into my porch, so the old dear shut the door and told me we were going back to bed. 'Oh no, we're not' said I and I sat as hard as I could sit on the mat and just stared at her, and I noticed my little wagger was scooshing angrily backwards and forwards, so the door got opened again and off I went out into the dark and the rain. I was out for about twenty minutes and was a wee bit soaking wet when I comed home, so I got cuddled dry and we went back to bed. I was happy and I hope you are all happy and well.
