An Idea

I am getting so fed up with all this rain but I had a brilliant idea just before I falled asleep this afternoon and I am sure you will be interested to hear what this was so I will tell you. In fact, now that I am fully wakened up I have actually made that one idea into two brilliant ideas! Oh I am such a clever puss. I even surprise my adorable little self sometimes.

Anyway I am digressing and I know you will be desperate to know what I have been thinking. Well, it has to do with all this rain and cold, cold winds that make me shiver when I go out and even when it is not raining on top of me, my adorable little undercarriage gets soaking wet when I go through the long grass because I just have little legs and the grass reaches my tummy and when it is getting tickled, it is also getting very wet and I am not too overly fond of that bit, so here comes my ideas.

I am going to write two letters. One to my little weather man friend to ask him to please change all those lines on his weather maps and send me some good weather for a change and then I will write another letter to Santa Claus to tell him that because I have lots of toys I don't really need any more but would he please bring me some sunshine and dry days instead!

Genius, don't you think? And.....if I send them a picture of my dear little self, they will not be able to refuse.

As I said......genius!!

More Rain

Oh dear. I am getting a wee bit very fed up with all this rain! Every time I go outside I get soaked and have to get dried as soon as I come back home again. My MH was even thinking of buying me a raincoat but I am not too keen on that idea. After all I have my position on this island to think of, and I do not want the birdies laughing at me, so I will just keep getting wet!

I made my humans giggle again tonight when I comed in. My adorable little tummy was a wee bit empty so I spoke to my DH and asked him for some biscuits. This made the old dear a wee bit upset ‘cos I never talk to her. It’s not because I don’t want to, it’s just that I don’t NEED to ‘cos she knows right away what I want.

But I think she would like me to talk to her, so I must do that some more. I know she would like that.

A Grey Day

The weather on my little island hasn't been very good at all and today has been all grey and wet and I haven't really liked it very much, but I was a brave puss and went outside a few times. It is worth getting wet because I always get a big cuddle when I go back inside and those cuddles make me all dry again....and very, very happy!

And now I have a wee bit of news for you because I have just made my MH chuckle and I know you will want to know what I have done. Well, after my dinner I was feeling a tad sleepy so I decided to have a snooze in my wee hoose . Sometimes I lie on the couch and sometimes I am on one of my chairs but tonight I picked my wee hoose and I was sound asleep when the old dear tooked out her lap top to write to you and she settled down on my couch to get started.

But... as soon as she started I wakened myself up and wandered over to sit beside her 'cos one of my very favouritist places in on my couch beside my MH with my head on her lap top and that is where I am right now and I am just the happiest little Squeak in this en-tire world!

Yes!

A Very Good Day

I have had a good day today although I haven’t done very much but what I have done has been good and has made me very happy.

My DH went away to the Cat Shop so it was just me and my MH and after we had a chat about our day, I nipped outside to see what was happening on my little island. It was cold but it was dry and there was no wind so I stayed out for a long time until my adorable little body told me it was shivering so I tooked it home just in time to get my wee drop of milk.

After this it was time for one of my many snoozes but every now and then the old dear would come and find me and we would have a chat and lots of cuddles and that’s what makes me the happiest puss in this whole wide world!

A Good Weekend

I have had a super duper weekend and I am very happy indeed. It has been a wee bit cold on my little island but it has been dry and there hasn't been any wind so I have been in and out lots of times. It is too cold to stay out very long so when my adorable little body gets a wee bit freezing, I nip back home and get a big warming up cuddle from my MH which I just love.

My MH has been a bit busy at the end of the week because there was a big island party in our Hall when everybody went and got their dinner and then they had a dance and my humans told me it was very good fun but the old dear was busy helping everybody to get it all ready, but she still had lots of time for me so I was quite happy with that.

On Saturday we had two peoples staying with us so that they could go to the party and I was just a wee bit shy when they comed in to my house, but they told me I was lovely and that they liked pussy cats a lot, so that made me relax and be very happy.

Today has been a good normal day and I have played and hunted and then got cuddled so I am definitely not complaining! I am very happy indeed.

A Good Day

I have had lots of fun today because the weather in my garden has bee much better and I have been able to get out to play lots of times and then when I came in feeling all cold, my dear old MH gave me a great big warm-up cuddle which I just love.

But the very bestest fun I had was when I helped my MH asked me to help her change the beds again because she knows I just love helping her and getting rolled up in the sheets and the duvet and then she cuddles me and tickles me and that is just the brilliantest thing ever, so you can see why I have had a very good day indeed.

And I am hoping tomorrow will be just as brilliant!

Still Adorable

I know I haven’t written to you for a while but I am still very fine and very happy. I haven’t been doing very exciting things but I have been thinking lots and lots and I shall tell you why.

Those who know me very well will know that I will be ten years old next month and that’s the same month that Santa comes so I have been thinking what presents I can ask for ‘cos I will need to get my list written and that’s what I am thinking about.

The weather has not been good on my little island so I haven’t been able to get outside very much but I have been getting lots of cuddles from my MH and right now I am all cuddled up on her knee while she is writing to you and if you listen very carefully you might hear me purring because I am very, very happy and very, very comfortable.
