No News

 It has been another very wet day on my little island, so it is only my nose that has been outside today when my MH opened the door to try and persuade me to have a wee wander round my garden, but I didn’t really fancy it so I just turned and went back inside my house.

There has been a lot of snow on some of the other islands but it didn’t come to mine. I am hoping it will come soon ’cos I like playing in the snow especially when my humans come outside with me.

You will see that my blog looks a lot better now and that’s because my Aunty S, who is my very bestest  friend, told my MH how to fix it and make it look nicer for you to read so me and the Boss are all very happy again.

A Wee Bit Better

Well, I always thinked that I might be a wee bit magic  and I may have mentioned this a few times when I was writing to you, but today I am sure that I am.

Do you remember yesterday I told you I was going to ask my little weather man friend to make my weather better? Well, (again) I don't really know my little weather man friend like a real person, but when he is on my television I send him my thoughts about my weather and when I am doing this I stare quite hard at the television so that my thoughts will go straight through it and into him. See?

In fact, my MH saw me doing this one night and she was a wee bit very worried about me 'cos I  was sitting very, very still just staring and staring, but I couldn't stop until my message had got through and then I becomed normal again, and she was happy.

So, when I got up in this morning, all the wind had stopped and it wasn't even raining and that was all because of me and my little weather man friend. Now, that  HAS to be magic, sure it has?

Well....

....if I thought yesterday was bad today is even worser and I am not a very happy puss at all because I need to be outside watching what all the little birdies are doing, but even they are hiding from all this wind and rain so it is too lonely for me when I go outside and I am such a friendly little puss that I need some company. Yesterday I played with my MH and we had good fun but today I have decided that I am having a duvet day and I am lovely and cosy and every now and then my MH comes to see if I am OK and we have a wee cuddle which makes me a wee bit happier.

I have asked my little weather man friend if he can send me some much better weather and he said he would do his very bestest so maybe tomorrow the weather will let me get out to play and I wil be a very happy little puss. Paws crossed!

What A Day!

I nearly got outside to see what was hapening on my little island, but when my dear old MH opened the door the naughty wind blowed all the rain into my house and my DH nearly got knocked down in my kitchen! OK it might not have been JUSTas bad as that, but it is very wet and very, very windy, so I just had a wee nibble at my breakfast and then went back to my little bed. It has been a dreadful day and my little weather man friend says it has to be like that all of today, so I think this adorable little puss will be staying inside. Mind you,there is lots for me to do insiide. I have lots of sleeping places and if I am feeling energetic I just ask the Boss to play with me and she does and we always have the very bestest of fun so I don't really mind not getting out.

I don't have any news for you at all except to tell you that me and my humans are well and everybody on this little island is well too and that is the bestest thing, so I hope you are all very well too.

Trouble

Oh, my dear friends, I am afraid I was a rather naughty little Squeak the other night. I know that is hard for you to believe, but it is true and I am looking just a wee bit sad as I tell you this story. Picture the scene. It is very dark o'clock in the night time and we are all in bed. My DH is snoring....but not quite at brass band level!... and me and my MH are all cuddled up and sleeping. I waken up and decide I would rather like one of my nocturnal perambulations but as I am not yet clever enough...or big enough...to open the door, I need to waken The Boss! Now, this is usually a very easy task because on the shelf of her dressing table she has lots of little perfume bottles and normally one touch of my adorable little paw on any of these bottles and the old dear is on her feet ready to give in to my every whim. And NO I am not spoiled. She just loves me.

So, I knocked one bottle off the shelf and nothing. I did it again and nothing and again and there wasn't even a flicker from her. However, by the fourth bottle I had got her attention and she was up out of bed. I wouldn't say she was awake, but she was up. However, and you all know what's coming, don't you? I was so tired hitting all these bottles that the notion of going outside had left me and I was back on our bed sound asleep! Well, the old dear was not best pleased and the only reason I am not writing this from inside the soup pot is that I have hided said pot. Hee hee And because she loves me MILLIONS!

No News

I don't have any news at all for you but I wanted to let you know that I am a very well little puss and I hope that you are well too in these rather odd times. I don't understand it all but I hear my humans talking and I know things are not like usual so I hope everyone is fine.

I have a wee story which I hope will make you smile. The other night it was very windy and when me and my MH went to bed there was a very strange noise coming from my bathroom like a monster hissing and gurgling and I was a wee bit very scared and kept prowling around my house trying to find out what it was, but I couldn't. Then the old dear noticed I was very worried and got up and put the wee plug in the shower tray and the monster suddenly stopped, Phew. She is a very brave and clever mummy human. (She wrote that bit! Hee hee)

A Happy New Year.......

......to everyone. I hope you all had a very good Christmas and that Santa was good to you. I had a super time and me and my humans played a lot with my new toys that Santa left under my Christmas tree.

I got a stocking, but not the kind you put on your feets, and I got fishes, but not the kind of fishes you would cook. No, they are the kind of stockings that Santa fills with toys and the kind of fishes that this delicious little puss cat can play with for EVER! The weather on my little island has been a wee bit mixed and we had a little bit of snow the other day, but today there is pouring rain and lots and lots of big winds so me and my humans have been doing things inside.

I have made a new year's resolution to write to you much more often 'cos I know how much you like to hear all about me and how much you miss me, so I will try and be a better puss. Okay? Good!
